5. No Guarantee of Marriage or Match
RISHTEY HUB aims to help users find a suitable rishta within 3 months, InshaAllah, where possible.
However, this is a service objective and not a guarantee.
RISHTEY HUB does not guarantee:
- A particular number of matches
- A match within a particular period
- Marriage or engagement
- Compatibility between individuals
- Acceptance by a prospective match or family
- The accuracy of information provided by another user
- The future conduct or intentions of another user
Every matchmaking journey depends on individual preferences, availability and circumstances.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use RISHTEY HUB respectfully and only for legitimate matrimonial purposes.
You must not:
- Harass, threaten or abuse another person
- Send inappropriate, offensive or unlawful content
- Request money from another user for fraudulent purposes
- Engage in scams or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to obtain passwords, OTPs, banking information or other confidential credentials
- Use the platform for advertising or unauthorized commercial solicitation
- Collect another user's information for unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the website
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
We may take appropriate action against accounts that violate these Terms.
